Jan 2022 – Senior Consultant – Knightec AB,

Working as a senior consultant and has been involved in three projects.

  • Worked as a consultant for Scania. Our group was responsible for software development for software updates in the truck. The program code was written in C++, and the adaptive autosar framework was used. As a developer, I developed new functionality, code reviews, and modelled the software with UML diagrams.
  • Development of a product where a LIDAR is set in a mill that grinds gravel/ stones to smaller components. The LIDAR information is then mapped and plotted in a game engine called Unity, then the user can analyze wear on the grinder, using the computer application, in the browser (WebGL) or Virtual Reality glasses (Oculus Quest).
  • Migration of a project from QT5 and QMake to QT6 and CMake.
  • Development of a product to detect wear on mills that grind down gravel to smaller parts. The development took place in QT and C ++ where I mostly developed new functionality with the communication to the cloud storage and implied support for OAUTH2.

Aug 2019 – Dec 2021 Software Developer – Ericsson AB,
Worked as a software developer for an upcoming radio device that supports LTE (4G) and NR (5G). I am part of a group called XCS (Auxiliary Control System), where we take care of the link management for radio, the internal communication links but also the external ones. We develop userspace drivers in the programming language C in a Linux-based environment. In my daily work, I update drivers with new functionality, fix bugs and develop tests.

Mar 2017 – Aug 2019 Embedded C++ Developer – Atlas Copco Industrial Technique AB,
Worked as an embedded software developer in a Linux environment. Writing design proposals, functional specifications and implementing new functionality in a C++ programming language. Helps the test team with bugfixes and new implementation in the Python test framework.

As a part of the administration group I was involved with deployment of new software releases on both test and production platforms. The software platform was written in JBOSS (Java). My work duties included analyzing errors, communicating with developers, creating alarms and to draft KB articles which could be referenced in the future. I also developed small programs to automate repeated tasks using scripting languages such as PHP, Perl and Bash. I also configured Nagios for alarms and Cacti for graph trends.

CAM Consulta:
Worked in-house, taking care of customers’ small business environments. My work duties included server installation, configuration of AD, DHCP, DNS, networking, backup, installing and configuring clients.

TietoEnator:
I provided technical support for one of their customers – SaabTech. I developed a script for configuration of client computers after reinstallation; USMT (User State Migration Tool) was used as the network installation platform for reinstallation. I also worked with DNS, network, DHCP, File and Print Server, WLAN, routers, firewalls and storage.
